1) Delivery Areas
The website New kenshi delivers to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand..
Delivery is available only to destinations, postal codes and regions enabled at checkout.
If a destination cannot be selected or accepted during checkout, delivery to that destination is not available unless expressly agreed with New kenshi before the order is placed.
Delivery availability may also depend on the nature, dimensions or weight of the product and on carrier restrictions.
2) Delivery Fees, Taxes and Import Charges
Delivery is completely free, with no minimum purchase requirement, for destinations covered by United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. (order amount after discounts).
No additional delivery fee charged by New kenshi applies unless a different charge is clearly disclosed before the customer submits the order.
The cart and checkout will display the amounts charged by New kenshi for the transaction.
Depending on the origin of the shipment, value of the goods, applicable Singapore tax rules and the way the order is processed, GST, customs duties or other import-related charges may apply.
Where such taxes or charges are collected or included at checkout, this will be indicated during the purchasing process.
Where an amount is not collected by New kenshi at checkout and may instead be assessed by a carrier, customs authority or other competent authority, this will be handled according to the applicable rules and the information provided to the customer.
Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as a promise that every shipment is delivered on a duties-paid or tax-prepaid basis unless this is expressly stated for the relevant order.
3) Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4 to 8 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
A more specific delivery estimate displayed on the product page, in the cart, at checkout or in the order confirmation may apply to the relevant order.
Delivery times may vary depending on factors including:
- Order volume;
- Peak periods, public holidays and promotional periods;
- The destination and delivery region;
- The size, weight or nature of the parcel;
- Availability of the relevant logistics network;
- Severe weather or transport disruption;
- Customs or import procedures where applicable;
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a particular delivery date or timeframe has been agreed, we will use reasonable efforts to deliver within that timeframe.
Where no time for dispatch or delivery is fixed and the applicable Sale of Goods Act rules govern the transaction, goods that the seller is required to send must be sent within a reasonable time.
4) Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link where tracking is available.
You may track your shipment:
- Through the tracking link provided in the dispatch confirmation email; or
- Through your customer account on New kenshi, where this feature is available.
Tracking information may take a short period to become active after dispatch.
Carrier tracking information is provided for convenience and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.
Tracking information does not replace the contractual or statutory obligations of New kenshi that apply to the order.
5) Delivery and Receipt of Parcels
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The customer is responsible for checking that the delivery address, postal code, name, telephone number and other required delivery information are accurate and complete before submitting the order.
If delivery fails solely because the customer:
- Provided an incorrect or incomplete address;
- Failed to collect or receive the parcel following reasonable delivery attempts; or
- Refused delivery without a contractual or statutory basis to do so;
reasonable additional delivery or reshipping costs may be charged where permitted by applicable law.
We recommend checking the condition of the parcel and goods promptly after delivery.
To report a damaged, missing, incorrect or non-conforming item:
Please contact contact@kenshiblades.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where available and useful, photographs or videos.
Any recommendation to report visible transport damage within 48 hours is intended only to help us investigate the matter promptly with the carrier.
A 48-hour reporting recommendation does not replace or shorten a longer statutory remedy that may apply under Singapore law.
Risk During Delivery
As a contractual commitment by New kenshi, where we arrange shipment to the delivery address stated in the order, we will remain responsible for accidental loss of or damage to the parcel during ordinary transport until it is delivered to the customer or to a person authorised by the customer to receive it, subject to any loss or damage caused by the customer.
This contractual commitment is intended to provide the customer with protection during shipment and applies without prejudice to any mandatory rule that provides greater protection.
6) Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the delivery timeframe communicated for the order, please contact contact@kenshiblades.com.
We will investigate the status of the shipment with the carrier and provide appropriate information or a solution based on the circumstances.
Singapore law does not impose a universal 30-day delivery deadline for all online retail transactions.
Where no delivery timeframe has been fixed and the applicable Sale of Goods Act provisions govern the transaction, the relevant obligation is generally to send the goods within a reasonable time.
Where a specific delivery date or timeframe has been expressly agreed and that obligation is not fulfilled, the customer's available remedies depend on:
- The terms of the contract;
- Whether the delivery term was essential to the transaction;
- The seriousness and duration of the delay;
- Any applicable Singapore consumer-protection rules; and
- Other relevant circumstances.
Where the delay amounts to a breach giving the customer a right to terminate the affected order, any refund due will be processed without unreasonable delay.
If delivery remains possible and the customer agrees to continue with the order, we will provide an updated delivery estimate where reasonably available.
Delivery dates and availability statements displayed by New kenshi must not be false or misleading. Estimated dates are therefore based on the information reasonably available to us at the time they are communicated.
7) Carriers
Deliveries are handled by logistics providers selected according to the destination, parcel size, product type and available local network.
Carriers may include Singapore Post (SingPost), DHL, UPS, FedEx, Ninja Van, J&T Express or another international, national or last-mile carrier.
A shipment may be handled by more than one logistics provider during international transport.
The carrier is normally selected automatically and New kenshi cannot guarantee the use of a particular carrier unless this has been expressly agreed before the order is placed.
Where New kenshi arranges the shipment, the use of a third-party carrier does not remove any contractual or statutory obligation that remains the responsibility of New kenshi.
8) Bulky or Heavy Items
Some large, heavy or otherwise specialised products may require delivery through a specialist carrier.
Where an appointment is required, the carrier or our customer service team may contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery date or time window.
The customer should provide accurate contact information and ensure reasonable access to the delivery address.
Where possible, any unusual access restriction should be communicated before dispatch.
Any additional mandatory charge relating to a special delivery service arranged by New kenshi will be disclosed before the order is placed where required.
9) Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery period, or if the tracking information indicates a delivery problem, please contact contact@kenshiblades.com.
We may open an investigation with the carrier.
The customer may reasonably be asked to:
- Confirm the delivery address;
- Confirm that the parcel has not been received;
- Check with household members, reception staff or other authorised recipients where relevant;
- Provide information reasonably necessary to investigate the delivery.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost before delivery to the customer, New kenshi will provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost; or
- A full refund of the amounts paid for the affected goods.
The customer's contractual or mandatory statutory rights against New kenshi do not depend on whether the carrier has first compensated New kenshi.
A carrier investigation will not be used to unreasonably delay a remedy to which the customer is already entitled.

11) Additional Delivery Rights — Singapore
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer right, contractual remedy, implied term or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted where Singapore law applies.
11.1) Delivery Within a Reasonable Time
Where the applicable Sale of Goods Act provisions govern the transaction and New kenshi is required to send goods to the customer but no time for sending them has been fixed, the goods must be sent within a reasonable time.
What constitutes a reasonable time depends on the circumstances of the particular transaction.
11.2) Agreed Delivery Times
Where a specific delivery period has been expressly agreed, New kenshi will use reasonable efforts to perform the delivery obligation in accordance with that agreement.
The legal consequences of a delay depend on the contractual terms, whether time was an essential condition and the nature of the breach.
11.3) No Automatic General 30-Day Rule
This Policy does not represent that Singapore law gives every online consumer an automatic right to cancel solely because an order has not arrived within 30 days.
Any right to terminate, obtain damages, receive a refund or require another remedy is determined by the contract and the Singapore legislation applicable to the transaction.
11.4) Misleading Delivery Representations
Where the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act applies, New kenshi must not engage in an unfair practice by making false claims or by doing, saying or omitting something that could reasonably deceive or mislead a consumer.
This principle applies to statements concerning delivery times, availability, shipping charges and other material aspects of the transaction.
11.5) Delivery to a Carrier
The Singapore Sale of Goods Act contains specific rules concerning delivery to a carrier.
However, for shipments arranged by New kenshi under this Policy, New kenshi contractually assumes the ordinary risk of accidental loss or damage during transit until physical delivery to the customer or an authorised recipient, except to the extent that the loss or damage was caused by the customer.
11.6) Reasonable Arrangements with the Carrier
Where applicable, New kenshi will make reasonable arrangements with the carrier having regard to the nature of the goods and the circumstances of the shipment.
11.7) Non-Conforming Goods
If goods arrive damaged or otherwise fail to conform to the applicable contract at the time of delivery, the customer may have remedies under Part 3 of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where its requirements are satisfied.
Those remedies are separate from a claim concerning a parcel that was never delivered.
11.8) Six-Month Presumption for Non-Conforming Goods
Where the Singapore Lemon Law provisions apply, goods that are found not to conform to the applicable contract within six months after delivery are generally presumed not to have conformed at the time of delivery unless the statutory presumption is rebutted or is incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect.
This six-month rule relates to non-conforming goods and should not be interpreted as a general six-month shipping or delivery guarantee.
11.9) Cross-Border Seller
NOITAKY Matthieu is established in France.
The application of individual Singapore statutory provisions to a particular transaction depends on their territorial scope and the circumstances of the sale.
In particular, the unfair-practice provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act may apply where the supplier or consumer is resident in Singapore or where the offer or acceptance relating to the consumer transaction is made in or sent from Singapore.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude a mandatory Singapore consumer protection that applies to the transaction and cannot lawfully be excluded.
